Technology developmentto cope with the dryingupof underground fluid well

  • In China most synthetical observations of underground fluid are carried on by making use of self-flow hot water well in geothermal fields. However, due to more and more extraction of geothermal resources, a number of observation wells have dried-up or are drying-up, substantially reducing observation items, even obliging observation stopped with large lossing. In the face of such condition, the artifical selfflow observation and frequency conversion of submersible pump have been brought in and developed in Liaogu1 well. Hence, stably flowing of hot water self-flow well has been carried out, primary observation terms have been kept on and water level and temperature observation are newly performed, and the capability of earthquake monitoring of the Liaogu-1 well are guarenteed. The develepment of this technology has a reasonable ratio of performance over price, and it can delay the life of observation well.
