Abstract: In this paper, a series of seismological problems relating to the 1975 Haicheng Earthquake, Liaoning Province are discussed. The chief purpose of this study is aimed to find some seismological criterion for earthquake precursors. Although we have found some possible indications, yet they are still very far from our eventual purpose.
