岩石破坏状况的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ROCK FAILURE STATUS

  • 摘要: 在单轴压缩下,轴向应变速率由10-2/s-10-8/s,以及在恒定压力下辉长岩破坏样品的微观观察发现:辉长岩的破坏状况有较大的变化.显示出作用于岩石上的外力,由初始上升到岩石完全破坏的时间间隔△t的长短,它会影响着岩石内部的破坏状况.并预示出:对这一现象的深入研究,必将会增进我们对震源孕育过程的认识.
    Abstract: It is found with microscopic observation that under uniaxial compression,when the rate of axial strain changes from 10-2/s to 10-8/s or the pressure is constant,the failure status of gabbro samples shows significant variation. This phenomenon indicates that the time interval △t from the start of the external force acting on the rock to the complete failure of the rock may affect the failure status in the rock. Further investigation of this phenomenon may improve our understanding of the process of earthquake occurrence.
