实际断层初动的三维地震模型研究

THREE DIMENSIONAL SEISMIC MODEL STUDY FOR THE INITIAL MOTION OF ACTUAL FAULT

  • 摘要: 本文在二维模型实验研究基础上,通过模拟实际断层初动的三维地震模型实验,给出了p波辐射图象与断层运动和构造应力之间的关系。并通过p波传播和辐射特征的研究,认为有限移动震源单侧破裂传播可较好地解释实际地震的发生机制。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the experimental study for two dimensional seismic model, the relations between the pattern of p-wave radiation, fault movement and tectonic stress are revealed by three dimensional seismic model, simulating the initial motion of actual faults. In studying the characteristics of propagation and radiation pattern of p-wave, it is inferred that the generating mechanism of an actual earthquake can be well explained by single lateral propagation of a fracture with finite displacement.
