Abstract
In this paper, the coefficients Parkinson vector a, b and the in-phase part Ar, Br and quadrature-phase part A1, B1 of transfer functions are calculated by using two kinds of data processing methods, respectively. The results of both methods are close to each other. All the six parameters mentioned above are low in value, showing that the electric structure in the Heze area is rather uniform. It seems that anomalous changes appear in both results, and the values of parameters decrease before and after the Heze earthquake.
