  • Now,the research on geosound and micro-microearthquakcs is a frontier subject in and outside China. A geosound network has been set up in Juxian,Shandong province. In this paper,we shall describe this network and its receiving and recording system,receiving capability,environmental noise and the digital-signal processing system for geosound and micro-microearthquake signals. We shall also discuss the method for locating the geosound source and the location results for some micro-microearthquake events. The results show different degrees of activity at the four faults of the middle segment of the Tanlu fault zone.
